STEM Sussex in association with TalkCyber have organised a free cyber security & networking event for Sussex teachers at the University of Brighton’s Eastbourne campus on 12th May 2016.
In the first of a series of events to be organised by TalkCyber, highly knowledgeable and qualified speakers will introduce teachers to the subject of cyber security, hacking and cyber bullying.
The aim of the event is to raise awareness of the variety of online threats and provide information and guidance to support discussions with students.
There will also be discussions on some of the technology behind cyber security and advice on what schools and colleges should be doing to protect their systems.
The event will be chaired by TalkCyber Director, Ken Jacobie.
